📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with the details.

🚛 Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 4 working days in major cities.

  • Remote or out-of-service areas may take 1–2 additional days.

💵 Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.

📬 Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs. 7,999/-

  • A flat Rs. 250/- shipping fee applies to orders below Rs. 7,999/-

🚫 Failed Delivery

If the customer is unreachable or refuses the parcel without valid reason, the order may be cancelled and future COD orders may be limited.
